Température of service : Between 12° et 14°. (chilled)

Keep between 1 to 2 years max.

The Beaujolais accompanies with distinction, the warm sausage, the cooked pork meats, as well as most of the cheeses.

The Beaujolais is the " country of the conviviality " where expresses himself completely the typicity of the black gamay with white juice. This cuvée " The Beaujolais de Sain Bel " asserts itself as a wine of pleasure, festive and generous humor.

Vineyard :

- Terroir : chalky-cleyey soil

- Grape : Gamay

- Location: plots of the South of our vineyard

Wine harvest :

- Manual and selecting picking of grapes

- Harvest with fully grapes

- Yield : 50 hl / ha

Vinification :

- Concrete tank of small capacity

- Semi-carbonic maceration.

- Fermention of 4 to 5 days.

- Separation of the free run juice and press juice.

- End of fermentation in stainless steel tank with control of temperature.

- Malolactic fermentation searched for a well balance.

- Bottling : At the beginning of the year (February/March)

Tasting notes :

A very beautiful ruby color. Brilliant with purplish tints. A nose of fresh fruits accompanied with a note of licorice. A mouth with mellow tannins, and redcurrant aromas.
