L’Hommée is a unit of land measurement of 431 m² which correspond to the surface that a winegrower (or fossorier) worked in one day with a tool during the period of 7th april 1795 in Beaujolais and Lyonnais. The name of this tool is a « fessou » : hoe with two points of 14 to 15 inches and a short handle. With this tool, the winegrower carried out the first Spring ploughing.

A bright and limpid ruby color. A nose of red fruit (strawberry, redcurrant…). In the mouth, tannin are present. A well balanced and feminine wine.
